No. Emergency response is subject to Nathan’s availability, and no arrival time is guaranteed. Call or text first and wait for confirmation before expecting a dispatch.
Is the minimum charged even for a short visit?
Yes. The applicable minimum covers after-hours availability, travel, and initial diagnostic time. Any expected additional charges should be discussed before further work begins.
What should I do before contacting Kelly Electrical?
If the entire area is without power, check with your utility provider first. If it is safe to do so without touching damaged equipment, turn off the affected circuit. Do not remove a panel cover or attempt electrical repairs yourself.
