STANDARD SERVICE-CALL MINIMUM
$200

What the minimum covers

The $200 two-hour minimum covers local travel and the first two hours of on-site diagnostic and repair labor. The minimum applies even when a visit takes less than two hours. Many routine service-and-repair visits may total about $200–$600+, while difficult-to-trace problems, multiple affected circuits, concealed wiring, or specialized parts can increase the cost.

The minimum is not a fixed total. Labor beyond the first two hours, materials, permits, extended travel, and approved work outside the agreed scope are extra. Kelly Electrical is preparing to launch, and final pricing will be confirmed before bookings open.

03 COMMON QUESTIONS

GOOD TO KNOW.

Can you diagnose a problem before giving a final price?

Some problems cannot be priced accurately until the affected circuit has been inspected and tested. The next step and cost should be explained before additional work moves ahead.

Should I send photos first?

Yes. A photo of the affected outlet, fixture, panel, or visible damage—along with a short description—can make the first conversation more useful.

What if a breaker keeps tripping?

Stop repeatedly resetting it if it will not stay on. Turn off or unplug the affected equipment and reach out with the details. If there is smoke, heat, sparking, or a burning smell, leave the area and contact emergency services as appropriate.

Here’s what happens next.

Text Nathan your name, location, a short description, and any helpful photos. You can discuss whether the issue appears to need a service visit and what information is needed for a project-specific quote after launch.
